Terms of Service

The service

xruby VPN is a privacy-first VPN built on WireGuard. We provide the client applications, the account system, and a network of servers you can route your traffic through. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Your account and credentials

Your account is a random 16-digit number, and that number is your only credential. You are responsible for keeping it safe. There is no password reset and no recovery without an added email — if you lose your number and have not added an email, we cannot restore access to your account or its remaining time. Do not share your number with anyone you do not trust with full access.

Account time and payments

Access is sold as prepaid account time — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You add time by making a one-time payment by card, Monero, or a voucher. Time is added to your balance when a payment settles. Because account time is a consumable digital service tied to an anonymous account, all payments are final and account time is non-refundable. Please make sure the service works for you before adding time.

Devices

You may register up to a set number of devices on an account (currently five). A device is identified by its WireGuard public key; you can rename or remove your devices at any time from the account area.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• break the law or facilitate illegal activity;
• attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to networks, systems, or accounts;
• send spam or distribute malware;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these rules, or where required to comply with the law.

Service availability

We work to keep the service fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or remove servers and features, and perform maintenance, as needed to run the network.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for account time in the period giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or where legally required. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
